I am the External Affairs Officer at Ichthus this year. For those who don’t know us, we are a Christian student association. With 100 members, including a large active core, we organize many activities as an association. Being active in a student association allows you to develop yourself outside of your studies. It is essential to maintain space for this, especially with the looming long-term study penalty. I support DAS because they advocate strongly for students who want to develop themselves extracurricularly during their time as students.
